Shipping & ReturnsNo, an account is not required to make online purchases. However, signing up to our email list is highly recommended for insider product launch announcements, sales and more.
All products are manufactured right here in the United States (California, New Jersey, New York, & Florida)
No, but each order comes with an installation guide. Whether a professional is hired or you perform the installation yourself, each guide provides thorough, step-by-step instruction.
Your order will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. You’ll know when it ships when we send you the tracking number.
Expect your small parcel package to be delivered within 1-3 business days if you live on the West Coast and within 7 business days if you’re on the East Coast.
If you’re expecting a large or heavy package, the trucking carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment on a day and time that works for you. Please provide us with a valid and or alternate contact number to avoid delays with your order.
Once your order is ready for carrier pickup, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1-2 business days to update.
Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Notices beyond 48 hours may incur extra fees.
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not, start by checking your spam inbox. If you cannot find it, you can send an email to info@vanity-plus.com

Shipping & ReturnsSmall Package Shipments
Expect small packages by FedEx Ground or USPS between 1 and 7 business days in perfect weather conditions(not including the 48-36 hours of processing time.) We cannot expedite shipments at this time.
Oversized Shipments
Orders for large/heavy items ship via freight carrier. We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the contiguous United States. The estimated curbside delivery time frame is 2-10 business days in perfect weather conditions (not including the 24-36 hours of processing time.) The freight carrier or trucking company will contact you to set up an appointment date and time before delivery. There is a $150 re-delivery fee for any missed appointments. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.
Package Inspection
Please spot-inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment and note the damages on the delivery receipt. If there is concealed damage after accepting the shipment, please email us at info@vanity-plus.com with your order information and photos of your concern.
Wrong item

Incomplete Delivery

Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, we apologize in advance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted. There is a 25% restock fee for all vanity returns. Anything transferred worldwide by a customer will not be covered by our Policy or warranty.
Any clearance or discontinued models are final sale as stated in product descriptions and are not admissible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
After your return arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed.
For refunds, please allow another 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.

Oversized shipments usually ship by truck on a pallet and are normally delivered on curbside delivery only.
Sinks & Countertops

Sinks & CountertopsNo, faucets and pop-up drain are not included in the listings. They can be an add-on to your order if you would like.
Yes, every bathroom vanity listed on our site includes the sink tops, basins and/or countertops. This applies to products that list Ceramic and Acrylic sink tops. It also applies to the Carrara Marble and White Quartz countertops where undermount sink basins are also included!
Yes, the countertop has pre-drilled hole(s) to accommodate faucets. Whether the product will have a single hole or three hole countertop should be listed in the the product description.
**Not every vanity listed can accommodate a change in countertop holes. Please reach out and to confirm with us before purchase! We are happy to help!
The diameter of the faucet hole is 1.5".

Mirrors & Side CabinetsLED mirrors and medicine cabinets are the next generation lighting integration in the bathroom. They eliminate the need for wall lighting and create a cleaner, modern aesthetic.
No. We recommend having overhead lighting over your shower or toilet in addition to the lighting coming from your mirror.
Yes. All mirrors we offer can be installed vertical or horizontal. Make sure to pay attention to the dimensions.
**Also note that the IR Sensor will rotate as well – according to position of the mirror.
When turned on, the front of the mirror heats up and the fog subsides.
Yes, you can. We believe that using the installation guide provided is enough for you to install the mirror easily without the need for a technician service.
**But professional services always ensure installations are completely correctly.
Yes. There is an installation guide in every box that you can follow for step by step installation.
If the mirror is not installed (still new and unmarked) and returned to us within 14 days, a full refund is possible. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
**Return Shipping is not refundable. Please contact us direct prior to returning any mirror.
If you receive a damaged mirror, please immediately make a claim by email.
We require that you perform the following and attach in the email:
- Take a few close-up pictures of the damaged mirror (Various angles)
- Take one picture of the whole mirror
- Take one picture of the whole box mirror was packaged in.
- Take one close up picture of the shipping label.

- Measure how high (height) you would like to the vanity to come up on the wall.

Depending on the manufacturer, the vanity could be ceiled and layered with polyurethane, multiple layers of paint, and/or plywood veneers.
Lastly there is metal hardware in the form/style of chrome, brush gold, matte black, or brush nickel.
Yes, wall mounting requires sturdy wall support and proper anchoring. A freestanding vanity may need some leveling if the floor shows signs of being uneven.
