Ancerre Designs — category-specific limited warranties
This is a summary. Review the manufacturer's document for your product and purchase, including its care and installation instructions, before arranging work.
Bath vanities: 3-year limited warranty
Coverage runs from purchase and is limited to the original owner and installation site, authorized-dealer purchases and normal residential use. Exclusions include improper care or installation, misuse, alterations, fire or flood, and natural variations in stone, quartz or wood. Installing a vanity with obvious visual defects voids coverage under Ancerre's terms. Labor, removal and reinstallation expenses are excluded.
Read Ancerre's vanity warranty and care instructions (PDF).
Bathtubs: 3-year limited warranty
The non-transferable limited warranty begins at purchase for personal or single-family residential use. Ancerre decides whether to supply a replacement part or component; it does not reimburse labor. Exclusions include installation or care that does not follow its instructions, misuse, alterations and damage caused by carriers or installers. Damage or finish defects discovered before installation should be reported before proceeding.
Before installation: Follow the installation and care guide, perform the required leak test, and send proof of purchase plus a photograph of the tub being tested to orders@ancerre.com to activate the bathtub warranty.
Read Ancerre's bathtub installation, care and warranty guide (PDF).
LED mirrors: 1-year limited warranty
The period begins at purchase from an authorized Ancerre distributor or dealer. Products sold as secondhand, open-box, blemished, store-display or already-damaged items are excluded. Its terms require installation by a licensed electrician or tradesperson in accordance with local regulations, proof of purchase and an electrical-safety certificate when requested. Exclusions include improper installation or care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, electrical-supply faults and ordinary wear. Labor and removal or installation expenses are excluded. Replacement parts receive the remaining original warranty period.
Read Ancerre's LED-mirror warranty and claim instructions (PDF).
Delivery damage: earlier instructions apply
For freight deliveries, Ancerre specifies inspection with the driver present, inspection within one hour and damage reporting the same day. Its company policy says to report delivery damage no later than 24 hours after receipt. The separately published LED-mirror warranty PDF states four days for shipment-damage reports. Because these published instructions differ, report any damage immediately and contact Vanity Plus to confirm the requirements for your shipment; do not wait for installation or assume the general 48-hour inspection request overrides Ancerre's instructions.

Because these published instructions differ, report any damage immediately and contact Vanity Plus to confirm the requirements for your shipment; do not wait for installation or assume the general 48-hour inspection request overrides Ancerre's instructions.

Shipping & delivery
Where we ship and how long it takes
We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the contiguous United States. We currently cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
In-stock orders ship within 5 business days. This is the time to dispatch your order, not a delivery guarantee.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability. Shipping normally takes approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; weather and local conditions may affect timing.
Please order ahead of your project schedule. Vanity Plus does not cover project expenses resulting from changes in shipping time.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all retail orders within the contiguous United States.
Curbside delivery and appointments
Delivery is curbside only. Carriers do not deliver inside your home, into your driveway or onto other private areas.
The carrier will call to arrange a delivery time. Please ensure someone age 18 or older is available at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the order.
A $150 re-delivery fee applies to missed delivery appointments.
If the carrier cannot reach you and sends the shipment back, it will be treated as a return, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Carriers cannot hold shipments if you are unable to receive them within a reasonable time.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will email your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Allow one business day for tracking information to update.
Open and inspect within 48 hours
You must open and inspect all packages and products within 48 hours of receiving your order to check for damage or missing parts, even if installation is scheduled for later. Report any issues to Vanity Plus promptly.
- Check at delivery. Inspect the packaging and note visible damage on the delivery receipt. If there is obvious damage, tell the freight carrier you wish to refuse the damaged package and record the reason on the receipt.
- Open and inspect promptly. Check the product and included components for cracks, chips, broken glass, damaged finishes and missing parts.
- Document the issue. Take clear photos of the damage, packaging and shipping labels. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
- Contact us promptly. Email or call using the details below. Provide your order number, a description of the problem and photos when available.
Please inspect before installation and contact us before installing a damaged item or attempting a repair.
Ancerre deliveries: Follow Ancerre's earlier delivery instructions. For freight shipments, Ancerre specifies inspection with the driver present, inspection within one hour and same-day damage reporting. Its damage-reporting instructions state no later than 24 hours after receipt. Do not wait 48 hours to report Ancerre delivery damage. See Ancerre's shipment inspection instructions and company policy.
For manufacturer defect coverage, see our Warranty Information page. The 48-hour inspection requirement concerns delivery condition and does not replace manufacturer warranty periods or manufacturer-specific shipping-damage procedures.
