Vanities:
1 year from the date of purchase.
Faucets:
Blossom warrants, to the original consumer, the ceramic cartridge, parts and the finish used in Blossom faucets to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a “Lifetime,” as long as the original consumer owns the home in which the faucet(s) are installed. If any such Blossom faucet proves to be defective during the warranty period to the original owner, Blossom will provide replacement parts free of charge at the location of the purchase.
*This warranty does not cover ceramic cartridges, parts or finishes which have been improperly installed, damaged or subjected to misuse or abuse used in a location other than a residential kitchen or faucets which are scratched or scuffed due to the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer-purchaser of the faucet.
Blossom is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its faucets or ceramic cartridges, and its liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective material at the location of purchase.
**Blossom makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

The warranty obligations of Moreno Bathroom Vanity Inc. (“Moreno Bath”) for these products are limited to the terms set forth below:
What IS Covered:
All of our products come with a one-year warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product. Should the product contain manufacturer defects or if it does not work upon arrival, this warranty covers a max of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. We will only honor warranty claims of purchases made from Moreno Bath Inc or authorized dealers.
After two replacements are issued, you have the option to opt for store credit.
Proof of purchase is required.
What is NOT Covered
Process defects do not include the customer's subjective requirements for the product, and do not include small errors that do not affect the normal use and appearance of the product.
This limited warranty does not cover a slight color difference between the real object and the picture. Due to lighting reasons, the color of the physical item will be different in different lighting environments, and it will also be slightly different when taken with a mobile phone or camera. Especially the specular and wood grain colors. For the color of the wood grain, please mainly refer to the grain of the wood grain to judge.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), or other acts of nature. Without limiting any other exclusion herein, Moreno Bathroom Vanity Inc. does not warrant that the product covered hereby, including, without limitation, the technology and/or integrated hardware(s) included in the product, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the product may be used.
How Long this Coverage Lasts
The standard limited warranty for Moreno Bath products is 1 year from the date of original purchase, no exceptions.
Who is Covered
Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
What Moreno Bath Will Do
Moreno Bath will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following three remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: 1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. Moreno Bath will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete. 2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Moreno Bath to perform substantially the same function as the original product. 3. Issue a refund of the original purchase price less depreciation to be determined based on the age of the product at the time remedy is sought under this limited warranty.
What Moreno Bath Will Not Do Under This Limited Warranty
If this product is returned to Moreno Bath or the authorized dealer from which it was purchased, or any other party authorized to repair Moreno Bath products, this product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by you. If this product is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment. Moreno Bath will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of this product from or into any installation. Moreno Bath will not be responsible for any costs related to any setting up this product, any adjustment of this product, or any kind of costs required for a specific installation of this product.
How to Obtain a Remedy Under This Limited Warranty
To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact either the authorized Moreno Bath reseller from whom you purchased this product or the Moreno Bath office nearest you. For a list of authorized Moreno Bath resellers and/or Moreno Bath authorized service providers, visit our web site at www.morenobath.com or contact the Moreno Bath office nearest you. In order to pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must possess an original, dated receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized Moreno Bath reseller. If this product is returned under this limited warranty, a return merchandise authorization number, obtained from Moreno Bath, will be required (RMA number). You may also be directed to an authorized reseller or a person authorized by Moreno Bath to repair the product. If it is decided that this product should be returned directly to Moreno Bath, this product should be properly packed, in the original carton, for shipping. Cartons not bearing a return authorization number will be refused and a refund will not be processed.

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will provide you tracking information. Normally, shipping would take around 7 to 10 business days but this can depend on your location.

**All carriers/delivery teams will only provide curbside delivery. Due to liability reasons, delivery inside, the driveway, or any possible private area is not allowed*

The carrier will call you to set up a delivery time, please have someone who is at least 18 years old at the address to inspect and sign to receive the order.
It will be considered as a return if no one is answering the phone, the carrier will send it back to us, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additionally, the carrier will not able to hold the item if you are not able to receive the item in a reasonable time frame.
When you receive your order, please check for any damages or issues. If there is any damage or cracking, please leave a note on the receipt sheet and report any issues to our company. You have 48 hours to report any damages or missing parts. If that time is over, the time frame for reporting damages or missing parts will be closed. Please be aware of this issue when you receive your items.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you and email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.
PACKAGE INSPECTION
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please let the freight carrier know that would like to refuse the package and note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone.
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted. There is a 25% restock fee for all vanity returns. Anything transferred worldwide by customer will not be covered by our Policy or warranty.
Any clearance or discontinued models are final sale as stated in product descriptions and are not admissible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
